PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relativistic effect removal reference clock not affected by a relativity and a relativistic effect amount conversion speed meter.SOLUTION: The relativistic effect removal reference clock includes: a weighing part 11 for weighing a total energy amount obtained by integrating kinetic energy components and position energy components of a mobile body; a calculation analysis part 12 for calculating a relativistic effect removal reference time by solving a relativistic effect removal reference time equation from the total energy amount weighed by the weighing part 11; an execution part 13 for executing the relativistic effect removal reference time calculated by the calculation analysis part 12; and a display part 14 for displaying the relativistic effect removal reference time executed by the execution part 13. Further, the relativistic effect amount conversion speed meter is constituted by: a time deviation detection part providing both a relativistic effect removal reference clock 10 and a hitherto known clock in the mobile body and operating both clocks by a predetermined time after adjusting a starting time to obtain a difference between the time amounts of both clocks; and a reference speed calculation part for converting a relativistic effect amount of the mobile body into a speed from the difference between the time amounts of both clocks and the relativistic effect removal reference time equation. |
