METHOD TO IDENTIFY SESAME OIL USING NUCLEAR MAGNETIC RESONANCE SPECTROSCOPY

A method of identifying sesame oil according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises (1) preparing a sample for identification by mixing a standard material, a diluting solution, and oil to be identified; (2) measuring the spectrum of the sample for identification by using nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy; (3) extracting peak data of the sample and strength data thereof, which are used as a search key from the spectrum of the sample for identification; (4) searching whether the peak of sesame oil corresponding to a marker is included in the peak data of the sample, used as the search key; and (5) outputting an identifying result whether the oil to be identified includes the sesame oil based on the searched result. The identification method can determine whether sesame oil is added into the sample, quantify the content thereof, and quickly and conveniently identify whether the sample to be identified is the sesame oil.
