The present invention relates to a nutrient solution for hydroponically cultivating ginseng and a preparation method thereof. More specifically, as a nutrient solution for hydroponically cultivating ginseng to which herbal extracts and EM culture solutions are added and mixed in a low-concentration base nutrient solution for lettuce hydroponics, the present invention promotes a growth of ginseng in hydroponics and prevents damping-off, which is a leading horticultural disease acquired by the ginseng. In addition, organosynthetic pesticides are not used in a cultivation of the ginseng, thereby enabling a cultivation of environmentally-friendly ginseng.
