摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image analysis device which determines the range of brain infarction more precisely than conventional one does, and a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus.SOLUTION: An image analysis device 65 has an image storage unit 66, a perfusion map generation unit 67, a determination condition setting unit 68 and a determination unit 69. The image storage unit 66 acquires and stores brain image data indicating images of the brain of a subject in a plurality of time phases, respectively. The perfusion map generation unit 67 generates a perfusion map indicating the perfusion state of the brain of the subject on the basis of the brain image data. The determination condition setting unit 68 extracts a plurality of regions organically different from each other in the brain of the subject on the basis of the brain image data, and sets determination conditions based on constructional difference to the plurality of the regions, respectively. The determination unit 69 determines a blood flow-reduced region in the brain of the subject by comparing the determination condition with the perfusion map.
