PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient connection of a plurality of MTC devices to a base station device.SOLUTION: A base station device 200 receives a request signal for requesting access to the base station device 200, from MTC devices 100A, 100B in a group A capable of transmitting data to the base station device 200 using a predetermined application data format. The base station device 200 allocates radio resources to the MTC device 100B currently operating as a gateway among the MTC devices in the group A. The MTC device B currently operating as gateway receives video data from the MTC device 100A not operating as a gateway in the group A. Using the allocated radio resources, the base station device 200 transmits to a base station device 200 the video data received from the MTC device 100A not operating as the gateway. |
