PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor a telephone conversation performed via a base station located far from a monitor device.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a terminal station; a monitor device for voice-monitoring a wireless telephone conversion of the terminal station; a first base station in which the location of the monitor device is registered; a second base station in which the location of the terminal station is registered; and a line controller for storing the location registered state of the monitor device and the terminal station and determining the base station and a communication slot used for telephone conversion. Upon accepting an instruction from an operation unit that the communication slot of the second base station be a slot to be voice-monitored, the monitor device transmits a monitor request to the line controller via the first base station. The line controller determines, upon receiving the monitor request, the communication slot of the first base station as a slot to be voice-monitored, and duplicates the voice data of the slot to be voice-monitored of the second base station to a communication slot for monitor of the first base station, and the monitor device receives the communication slot for monitoring of the first base station and outputs the received communication slot as a voice signal. |
