PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle sensor, a torque sensor, and a power steering device which are capable of quickly detecting abnormality of a device.SOLUTION: Electric power is supplied to a resolver stator so that a sine wave and cosine wave signals output from the resolver stator oscillate with a first reference voltage lager by a predetermined voltage than 0 [V] being the center of the oscillation. The sum of the maximum and minimum values of the amplitude of the sine wave signal or the cosine wave signal is compared with an abnormality determination threshold value larger than 0 [V] to detect abnormality of a device.
