<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate information with a small data size capable of computing the sum of power use amounts while concealing the power use amounts themselves.SOLUTION: A partial information generation device 101a includes an input section, a first generation section and a second generation section. The input section receives each power use amount per unit time and a fiducial value (S104). The first generation section generates first partial information from a range from 0 to the fiducial value. The second generation section generates supplementary information and second partial information by using the power use amount, the first partial information and the fiducial value (S106). First integrated partial information is obtained from multiple pieces of first partial information, second integrated partial information is obtained from multiple pieces of second partial information and integrated supplementary information is obtained from multiple pieces of supplementary information. The first partial information, the second partial information and the supplementary information are distributed and stored in a first and a second storage servers (101b,101c). The total sum of the multiple power use amounts is obtained from the first integrated partial information, the second integrated partial information, the integrated supplementary information and the fiducial value in EMS 103.</p> |
