<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of a hydrogen sulfide gas while securing the discharging safety thereof.SOLUTION: Within gas discharge facilities of a hydrogen sulfide gas production plant, at least any one of a reaction facility, a cooling facility, and a desulfuring facility is surrounded by a building. The concentration of a hydrogen sulfide gas leaking from the reaction facility, cooling facility, and desulfuring facility is measured via a measurement instrument, and in a case where the detected concentration is lower than a specified concentration, the hydrogen sulfide gas is discharged into the atmosphere via a first gas discharge pipe by controlling a valve. In a case where the same is equal to or higher than the specified concentration, the hydrogen sulfide gas is discharged into a gas treatment facility via a second gas discharge pipe by controlling the valve.</p> |
