PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control technique such that an initial value of drug concentration in a horny layer is enhanced and the concentration is maintained, in a hydrophobic ointment preparation.SOLUTION: There is disclosed a preparation which contains 1) ointment of a hydrophobic ointment base, 2) luliconazole 3) benzyl alcohol, and 4) polyhydric alcohol. Such the preparation preferably contains 80-95 mass% of pasty hydrocarbon and further preferably contains a nonionic surfactant. The nonionic surfactant is one or more selected from POE (polyoxyethylene) sorbitan fatty acid ester, POE fatty acid ester, POE alkyl (alkenyl) ether, POE fatty acid glyceryl, POE castor oil and POE hydrogenated castor oil. And further containing N-alkyl-2-pyrrolidone is preferably. A pharmaceutical composition in a cream form or a pharmaceutical composition in a lotion form is selectively used.
