<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooking system capable of preventing flame from enlarging by being sucked into a ventilation device when a heating object ignites, and also capable of preventing lamp black generating accompanying overheat of the heating object from spreading into a room.SOLUTION: A heating cooking system comprises: execution means of an automatic ventilation operation for turning on a ventilation device 3 being interlocked with ON of a heat source 21 of a heating cooker 2; and execution means of an abnormal stop operation for stopping the ON of the heat source 21 by detecting overheat and ignition of the heating object, abnormality of the heat source 21 and the like. The heating cooking system has a control configuration in which, when the abnormal stop operation is performed, in the case where temperature Ts of the heating object is equal to or greater than lamp black determination temperature T2 and also temperature drop gradientΔT is equal to or greater than an ignition determination value S1, the ventilation device 3 is set to be ON or strong air amount, and in the case where the temperature Ts of the heating object is equal to or greater than the lamp black determination temperature T2 and also the temperature drop gradientΔT per unit time of the heating object is below the ignition determination value S1, the ventilation device 3 is set to be OFF or weak air amount.</p> |
