The energy supervising system 100 also has: a second energy supply device 150 which supplies the site 110 with the energy; a second control device 160 which controls the second energy supply device 150; and a second supervising device 170 which supervises and manages at least either the performance of the second energy supply device or the performance of the second control device on the basis of the state of the energy consumption or the energy demand and supply at the site.
