PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label sticking apparatus capable of preventing a label from protruding to a side of a pusher and from being stuck to the pusher in error by inhibiting sticking of the label by a label sticking part even if the label is larger than an object to be packaged (article), or the like.SOLUTION: A label sticking apparatus, which sticks a label issued from a label issuance part to an article, includes: sticking means for sticking the label to a predetermined position of the article in a sticking area by sucking and holding the label with a label suction part; a pusher pressing and moving the article in the sticking area from the sticking area to an article delivery part; a determination part determining whether or not the label to be stuck on the article protrudes to a side of the pusher on the basis of a size of the article and a size of the label; and a sticking control part performing processing of inhibiting sticking of the label to the article by the sticking means if the determination part determines that the label to be stuck to the article protrudes to the side of the pusher. |
