PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon nanotube-containing acidic aqueous dispersion useful for production of a conductive film which is excellent in conductivity and transparency and is excellent in adhesion between a conductive coating and a substrate, and to provide the conductive film obtained by using the aqueous dispersion, a touch panel and an electrode for a solar battery obtained by using the conductive film, and a solar battery including the electrode for the solar battery.SOLUTION: The carbon nanotube-containing acidic aqueous dispersion contains: a specific carbon nanotube (A); and a polymer compound (B) that has an acidic group in a side chain, the conductive film is obtained by using the aqueous dispersion, the touch panel and the electrode for the solar battery are obtained using the conductive film, and the solar battery is obtained by using the electrode for the solar battery.
