<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element having a high durability against light irradiation, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion element comprises a base substance, a first electrode, a photoelectric conversion layer containing a semiconductor and a sensitization dye, a charge transport layer, and a second electrode. The photoelectric conversion layer is provided on the first electrode, and includes a redox film obtained by non-conjugating a conductive high polymer, in a region where the first electrode and the semiconductor are not contacted with each other.</p> |
