PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid ink composition with improved robustness with respect to scratch, fold and fold offset.SOLUTION: The solid ink composition includes: a crystalline component including a mono-amide compound with an aromatic ring core; an amorphous amide component; and a colorant. The mono-amide compound is a reaction product of benzoic acid and a primary or secondary amine, and represented by the formula 1, where R1, R2, and Ra to Re are independently selected from the group consisting of H, a C1 to C40 aliphatic substituent and a C1 to C40 aromatic substituent, where at least one of R1 and R2 is not H. |
