PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of preventing decrease of processing speed, an information processing method and an information processing program.SOLUTION: The information processor comprises: a first storage section; a second storage section; and a conversion processing section. The first storage section stores data having a graph structure in which a list of edges regarding nodes is set to be information about nodes. The second storage section having a non-graph structure which is different from a graph structure stores data indicating an interrelationship between data elements. The conversion processing section converts the data structure of the data stored by the first storage section from the graph structure to a non-graph structure and causes the second storage section to store it.
