摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique to accurately obtain a fuel injection amount.SOLUTION: A fuel injection amount calculation device comprises: a storage section 36 which stores an arithmetic expression obtained through a multiple linear regression analysis with a fuel injection amount as an objective variable and an injection valve factor, a fuel pressure response factor, a fuel flow resistance factor and a fuel mass factor which are factors influencing a variation in the fuel injection amount as independent variables; sensors SW5 (data acquisition means) which acquire data on respective factors during operation of an engine 10; and an injection amount calculation section 34 (fuel injection amount calculation means) which calculates the fuel injection amount on the basis of input information from the sensors SW5 and the arithmetic expression. The fuel injection valve factor is a physical quantity relevant to fuel injection valves 12a affecting an amount of fuel that the fuel injection valves 12a inject. The fuel pressure response factor is the physical quantity affecting pressure transmission of the fuel. The fuel flow resistance factor is the physical quantity affecting flow resistance of the fuel. The fuel mass factor is the physical quantity affecting kinetic energy of the fuel.
