PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light diffraction layer laminate sheet, a method for manufacturing the light diffraction layer laminate sheet and a method for manufacturing a card capable of easily manufacturing a card having a light analysis structure.SOLUTION: A hologram laminated sheet material 20A configured so as to be laminated on a card base material 10 such that a part of the laminate structure of a card is formed comprises: a hologram layer 22; an upper transparent sheet layer 30 having a larger outer shape than the outer shape of the hologram layer 22, the upper transparent sheet layer 30 being laminated at an upper side as one face side of the hologram layer 22; a lower transparent sheet layer 15 having a larger outer shape than the outer shape of the hologram layer 22, the lower transparent sheet layer 15 being laminated at the lower side as the other face side of the hologram layer 22; and adhesive layers 21 and 23 for adhering at least either the upper transparent sheet layer 30 and the hologram layer 22 or the lower transparent sheet layer 15 and the hologram layer 22.
