PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation apparatus in which adjustment of each LED head can be precisely performed irrespective of presence or absence of an operator's skill level.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus comprises: an imaging means 100 which is disposed in zigzag form in a sub-scanning direction and records data inputted from external on a recording medium via an intermediate medium; and an adjustment mechanism 200 which adjusts a focal point of each imaging means 100. The adjustment mechanism 200 includes an eccentric cam 210 provided to each imaging means 100 and a drive means 220 for driving the eccentric cam 210, and is so configured as to adjust a distance between the intermediate medium and each imaging means 100 by drive of each excentric cam 210.
