PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclining seat for a vehicle capable of reducing discomfort felt by a person seated in a rear seat in the case of tilting a seat back from the intermediate position to a full-reclining position. ! SOLUTION: A reclining seat for a vehicle comprises: a seat cushion 1; and a seat back 2 tiltable to the seat cushion 1 by a reclining mechanism. The reclining mechanism comprises: a first reclining adjusting button 3 which is pressed in the case of tilting the seat back 2 from the erect position to the intermediate position; and a second reclining adjusting button 4 which is pressed in the case of tilting the seat back 2 from the intermediate position to the full-reclining position. The second reclining adjusting button 4 is fitted to the outside surface of the seat back 2, and when the second reclining adjusting button 4 is not pressed, the seat back 2 cannot be tilted to the full-reclining position. !
