PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the measurement accuracy by reducing the cell constant of a liquid sample measurement cell and reducing the axial shift of an internal electrode caused by vibration.SOLUTION: A liquid sample measurement cell 2 is used for measuring an electric characteristic such as oxidation-reduction potential, dielectric constant, or specific resistance of a liquid sample. The liquid sample measurement cell 2 comprises: a cylindrical external electrode 21; a columnar internal electrode 22 that is inserted into the external electrode 21 and is disposed coaxially with the external electrode 21; and an insulation member 23 that fixes the internal electrode 22 to the external electrode 21 at both axial ends and forms a measurement space S having a certain gap dimension between the inner surface of the external electrode 21 and the outer surface of the internal electrode 22.
