PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection part of a fluid channel, capable of joining liquids each having a different temperature from a plurality of channels, mixing them without using a special device, device or the like, and rapidly making the temperature of the liquids uniform.SOLUTION: A connection part A1 of a fluid channel is arranged at a part for joining a plurality of channels distributing liquids each having a different temperature, respectively, to one channel. Assuming that an axial direction of the fluid channel is an X-axial direction, a horizontal direction perpendicular to the X-axial direction is a Y-axial direction, and a vertical direction perpendicular to the X- and Y-axial directions is a Z-axial direction, the connection part has a Y-axial direction connection part which decenters the X-axial direction of the fluid channel on the downstream side to the Y-axial direction with respect to the X-axial direction of the fluid channel on the upstream side. |
