PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable array type radiation generator including shield bodies located corresponding to a plurality of targets, in which variation of radiation output is suppressed.SOLUTION: A radiation generator includes: a cathode array having a plurality of electron emission parts; and an anode array having a plurality of targets arranged corresponding to the plurality of electron emission parts, respectively, and a coupling part for coupling the plurality of targets. The coupling part includes shield bodies arranged corresponding to the plurality of targets, and a heat transfer body having a thermal conductivity higher than that of the shield bodies. The heat transfer body is constituted of a continuous body in the direction of the targets being arranged. |
