PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device and a luminaire for cutting back cost and eliminating the need for designing a power supply circuit according to the structure of a luminaire or a heat radiation structure.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a DC power supply 1 for supplying a DC voltage to light sources 3A, 3B having an LED 30, and a cooling control circuit 2 for controlling a plurality of coolers. The cooling control circuit 2 is provided with: a power supply circuit 22 for outputting a constant voltage upon receiving the output voltage of the DC power supply 1; output circuits 23, 24 for outputting the drive voltage of each cooler, respectively, upon receiving the output voltage of the power supply circuit 22; temperature detection circuits 20, 21 for detecting the temperatures of the light sources 3A, 3B; and an output control circuit 25 for controlling each of the output circuits 23, 24 so that a drive voltage based on the temperatures detected by each of the temperature detection circuits 20, 21 is outputted. |
