PURPOSE: A biodegradable polyester resin composition, a polyester resin, the solvent-based adhesive including thereof, and a producing method thereof are provided secure the excellent adhesive force to polylactide. CONSTITUTION: A biodegradable polyester resin composition for a solvent-based adhesive contains the following: 10~70wt% of compound selected from aliphatic dicarboxylic acid, and its acid anhydride; 5~60wt% of lactic acid; and 10~50wt% of aliphatic glycol selected from the group consisting of neopentyl glycol, 2-methylpropanediol, 1,2-propanediol, 1,3-propanediol, ethyl butyl propanediol, and 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol. The aliphatic dicarboxylic acid is selected from the group consisting of oxalic acid, malonic acid, succinic acid, glutaric acid, and others. |
