PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition comprising a novel dosage form ointment, which exhibits concentration behavior in the horny layer similar to that of other dosage forms.SOLUTION: A solubilized dosage form contains an oleaginous ointment base, an antifungal agent, a polyhydric alcohol, and a solvent compatible with the oleaginous ointment base and the antifungal agent. The oleaginous ointment base is preferably petrolatum. The antifungal agent is preferably a compound represented by the specified general formula (1) and/or a solt thereof.
