PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition which has excellent adhesivity to e.g. slightly adhesive plastic films, does not deteriorate in adhesivity even in high-humidity and high-temperature conditions and also shows excellent handling properties.SOLUTION: An adhesive composition for plastic films or sheets comprises ingredients (A) and (B) and optionally an ingredient (C)and comprises the ingredient (C) of which mol ratio (NCO/OH) of isocyanate groups (NCO) in the ingredient (C) to hydroxy groups (OH) in the ingredient (A) is lower than 0.1. Ingredient (A): a hydroxy-containing copolymer of a weight average molecular weight of 10,000-1,200,000 and a Tg of -30 to 10°C containing an alkyl(meth)acrylate(s) having a 1-14C alkyl group (monomer (a1)), a compound having a hydroxy group(s) and an ethylenic unsaturated group(s) (monomer (a2)) and optionally a monomer(s) copolymerizable with the monomers (a1) and (a2) as structural monomer units. Ingredient (B): an organic solvent. Ingredient (C): a polyisocyanate compound. |
