PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a heteromultilayer electronic device while combining solvent solubility before deposition and solvent resistance after deposition, when depositing a polyphenylene polymer by a coating method.SOLUTION: A heteromultilayer electronic device is formed by forming a coating film by applying a precursor solution of a polyphenylene polymer of a specific structure, and then forming an organic layer containing a desired polymer compound, by converting the coating film into a polymer.
