PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To check an output state actually viewed by the opposite side of a video conference system.SOLUTION: A video conference apparatus comprises: output state indication means which causes a neighboring peripheral device to observe the output state of a video conference apparatus connected via a network; and output state determination means which presents to a user the output situation on the opposite side received from a video conference opposite side. This makes it possible to objectively check how an image or voice transmitted from the user's station after adjustment is to be outputted by the connection opposite side. |
