PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water storage tank from which sludge water can be surely discharged without using a submerged pump.SOLUTION: A water storage tank 10 includes: a bag body 14 in which an exhaust port 13 is formed in a storage section 12 for storing sludge water 11; and a container 15 in which a water outlet 33 for the sludge water 11 is formed, to which the bag body 14 is attached, and in which a storage section 12 is arranged. Cooling water 17 to be supplied to an external device 16 is stored inside of the container 15 and outside of the bag body 14. The exhaust port 13 is connected to the water outlet 33, and a connection 38 to the exhaust port 13 is provided with a drain pipe 34 ascended and descended together with the exhaust port 13 along with increase/decrease of the cooling water 17 in the container 15. The drain pipe 34 applies a force for drawing the exhaust port 13 to a bottom part of the container 15 by the self-weight or restitutive force of the drain pipe 34 to the exhaust port 13 raised due to increase of the cooling water 17 inside the container 15. |
