PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and correctly evaluate adhesion resistance of a mold.SOLUTION: A method for evaluating adhesion resistance of a mold 2 for hot press forming of a workpiece that is a thin plate, includes: pressing the workpiece with the mold 2; obtaining the adhesion distribution of the workpiece in an inspection region S set on the surface of the mold 2 after the pressing and mechanical or thermal load distribution in the inspection region S; and evaluating the adhesion resistance of the mold 2 on the basis of the obtained adhesion distribution and load distribution. Preferably, the adhesion resistance of the mold 2 is evaluated on the basis of an integrated value of the adhesion distribution and the mechanical load distribution with a reciprocal of a pressure on a surface in the inspection region S used for the mechanical load distribution and the number of adhered parts in the inspection region S used for the adhesion distribution. |
