PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a secure behavior detection system in which a processing load is reduced.SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of transmission devices 1 generates and transmits a pseudo-random number r on the basis of a secret key s corresponding to an identifier ID of the transmission device 1 and time t. A receiving device 2 records a plurality of pseudo-random numbers r respectively transmitted from the plurality of transmission devices 1 as recorded pseudo-random numbers and transmits a recorded pseudo-random number R in accordance with a request from an inspection device 3. The inspection device 3 requests the recorded pseudo-random number R to the receiving device 2, receives the recorded pseudo-random number R transmitted from the receiving device 2 and extracts the identifier ID of the transmission device 1 and the time t from the recorded pseudo-random number R by using a pseudo-random number table including the pseudo-random number r corresponding to the identifier ID of the transmission device 1 and the time t to detect behavior of the receiving device 2. |
