PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol hard surface detergent which has high detergent power and adhesiveness on a vertical surface. ! SOLUTION: A hard surface detergent is formed by filling a cleaning liquid having a pH of 11 or more and thixotropic viscosity and nitrogen gas as a propellant into an aerosol container. Preferably, the cleaning liquid contains (a) a thickener, (b) an alkali agent, (c) a water-soluble solvent, and (d) a nonionic surfactant and/or an anionic surfactant. !
