PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing device which releases force generated due to contact to an irregular part even a pallet is mounted on the irregular part on a ground surface, and reduces occurrence of pallet breakage due to catching, and frequency and degree of falling of a packed object. ! SOLUTION: A pallet 12 is forming a packing device and mounting an object, and comprises plural projections 20 projecting downward from a bottom on four corner parts of the bottom. The projections 20 have a hemisphere surface shape having an inclination surface inclining with respect to a surface vertical to the bottom with a sharp angle, or a quarter sphere surface shape, respectively. The inclination directions of the inclination surfaces are common direction separating from an outer peripheral edge side of the bottom toward an inner side of the bottom. !
