PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical print head and an image formation device using the same capable of improving part accuracy, suppressing mold costs and correcting a curve of an image formation device array with a holder. ! SOLUTION: An optical print head 91 used for the image formation device 99 having an image carrier 70 includes a light emitter array 2 in which multiple light emitters are arranged, an image formation device array 1 having multiple image formation devices 1a, and a holder 31 fixing the image formation device array 1a. The image formation device array is configured to have a lib shape part 11 extended to a sub-scanning direction orthogonal to a main -scanning direction over its full width.
