The present invention discloses a rod seal mixer that melts and mixes an aggregate with a sealant in a case where an impaired road or an impaired road part such as a newly constructed connection portion is to be repaired. The aggregate and sealant mixer according to the present invention includes: a rotating body (100) where the aggregate and the sealant are injected and mixed; a first heating means (200) that is disposed on an inlet (101) side of the rotating body (100) so that the sealant injected into the rotating body is melt; a second heating means (300) that is disposed on a bottom surface of the rotating body (100) so as to maintain the sealant at a constant temperature; and a pivoting means (400) for inclining the rotating body at a predetermined angle below the rotating body (100). According to the present invention, the mixer is disposed in a vehicle so that a movement to a work site can be expedited. Also, a large number of repairing materials (aggregate and rod seal) are mixed on the site so that mixing time can be shortened and operation time for repair can be significantly shortened. |
