PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase pressure in a massage bag in a short period of time without increasing a fluid amount which can be supplied per unit time. ! SOLUTION: Pressure in an air cell reaches target pressure in a short period of time by starting expansion from a state in which the pressure remains in the air cell. Concretely, when a prescribed time t3 elapses after the start of contraction motion, an exhaust port of a solenoid valve is closed in a state in which the pressure remains in the air cell (Refer to (3)). That is, both an air intake port and the exhaust port are closed, and the air cell goes into a pressure-remaining state in which the pressure remains in the air cell, and the pressure-remaining state is maintained (Refer to (4)). Then, when a prescribed time t4 elapses in the pressure-remaining state, the air intake port is opened, and expansion motion for supplying air to the air cell is started (Refer to (5)). !
