The present invention relates to a trekking pole. The main body of a stick constituting the trekking pole is composed by assembling separated pipes. The trekking pole can be folded or unfolded as the pipes are connected by a connection component to be able to be folded as connected. The trekking pole can be assembled easily and can be locked very firmly when unfolded to ensure a bearing capacity against vertical load as the folding states of the pipes are fixed by a locking means; the main body of the stick can be used while fixed in a unfolded linear state or can be carried by unlocking the locking means and folding the main body of the stick; and the trekking pole can be folded or unfolded conveniently in a folding way. In addition, the trekking pole can be coupled or loosened by little strength, thus can be used conveniently by weak women or old people and is prevented from loosening during use, thus enabling safe usage. |
