PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water quality monitoring method capable of easily and continuously monitoring water quality of target water in a water supply state.SOLUTION: In a water quality monitoring method, part of target water in a water supply state is continuously extracted. The extracted target water and a fluorescent coloring agent are mixed. For the fluorescent coloring agent, when a metal ion is combined with the fluorescent coloring agent, fluorescent color changes, and when metal ion concentration increases, fluorescence intensity increases. Water quality of the target water is continuously monitored based on the fluorescence spectrum and fluorescence intensity of the mixture. |
