PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film solar cell module which can adjust an output against variation in short-time power generation capacity in a microscopic region in a module and which is excellent in power generation characteristics and reliability.SOLUTION: A thin film solar cell module uses a thin film solar cell which comprises: a surface transparent electrode layer 12, a semiconductor layer 13 and a back electrode layer 14 in this order; a dielectric layer 6 sandwiched between a surface of the back electrode layer 14 on the side opposite to the semiconductor layer 13 and a counter electrode layer 7 having potential different from that of the back electrode layer 14 at the time of power generation in the semiconductor layer; and a capacitor 15 composed of the back electrode layer 14, the dielectric layer 6 and the counter electrode layer 7. |
