PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing mortar or concrete which can effectively use natural fine aggregate and steel slag.SOLUTION: Fine aggregate obtained by mixing a part of a coarse grain fraction in natural fine aggregate with steel slag and the natural fine aggregate from which the part of the coarse grain fraction has been removed are separately used as fine aggregate to produce mortar or concrete.
