<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a rider feels that auxiliary force is interrupted during speed change operation in an electrically-driven cycle controller.SOLUTION: A cycle controller controls a cycle that comprises: a crank; a motor for travel assist; and an interior speed change hub, and tread force T1 of the crank and assist torque T2 for travel assist ge are transmitted to a rear sprocket. The cycle controller further comprises: a torque sensor; and a control part. The torque sensor detects the tread force T1 applied to the crank. The control part reduces the assist torque T2 of the motor for travel assist according to the tread force T1 detected by the torque sensor, and operates a speed change device.</p> |
