PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel aminophenyl co-modified silicone having no accumulative property in hair, excellent in damage repair effect, and useful as cosmetics having a high conditioning effect, especially cosmetic component for hair. ! SOLUTION: There is provided an aminophenyl co-modified silicone compound represented by formula (I), where R1s are each a methyl group, R2s are each independently a methyl group or a hydroxyl group, R3s are each a phenyl group which may have 1 to 3 alkyl groups of 1 to 3 carbon atoms, R4 is (CH2)aNH-R5-NHR6 (in this formula, a is an integer of 1 to 10, R5 is an alkylene group of 2 to 10 carbon atoms, R6 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group of 1 to 10 carbon atoms), l, m and n are each independently a positive integer, l+m+n is 200 to 2,000, l: m: n is 50 to 80/: 20 to 50: 0.01 to 1. !
