摘要 The present invention relates to a method to control a cascade boiler system including a primary side having a plurality of boilers, a secondary side having a load, and a hydro separator provided between the primary side and the secondary side to compensate a flow rate, comprising the steps of: operating a set number of the boilers in an initial driving state; detecting the temperature of the supply water and the temperature of the recirculation water at the primary side, and the temperature of the supply water and the temperature of the recirculation water at the secondary side in the hydro separator, and calculating a flow rate to be compensated at the hydro separator by the detected temperature; calculating a set temperature which is the temperature of the supply water at the primary side to maintain the temperature of the supply water at the secondary side, if the initial operating state is maintained and thus the temperature of the supply water at the secondary side is within a target temperature; and calculating the water quantity of the boilers to maintain the calculated set temperature, and controlling the operation of the boilers in accordance to the water quantity. Therefore, since all the boilers provided in the system quickly reaches the set temperature at the initial stage of the operation, consumer′s satisfaction can be improved. Also, the temperature of the inlet port and the temperature of the outlet port in the hydro separator are detected, and the flow rate is calculated by the detected temperature, thereby reducing the costs relative to the conventional system using a flowmeter.
