摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system of secondary cell type, which is able to improve charging efficiency.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system of secondary cell type comprises: a fuel generation member 1 that generates fuel gas by chemical reaction and is able to be recycled by the reverse reaction of the chemical reaction; a power generation/electrolysis part that has a power generation function for generating power using oxidant gas and the fuel gas, and an electrolysis function for electrically decomposing the product of the reverse function; a gas passage for circulating gas between the fuel generation member and the power generation/electrolysis part; a blower 13 configured to emit oxygen from the power generation/electrolysis part, the oxygen being generated at the anode of the power generation/electrolysis part when the power generation/electrolysis is applying electrolysis; and a blower control part configured to control an amount of current of air sent by the blower. When electrolysis is applied, the blower control part controls the amount of current air, sent by the blower, based on a physical quantity depending on the division ratio of oxygen near the anode so that the division ratio of oxygen near the anode is within a predetermined ratio.
