PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material and a packaging bag for microwave heating which are excellent in heat resistance and which do not occur heat damage such as being pierced even when content which easily generates excessive heat locally by microwave heating is filled in, and which are also excellent in easy opening property.SOLUTION: The packaging material and packaging bag are made of a lamination film that is made by laminating a polyester film (A), a polyester film (B) having a barrier layer, a polyester film (C) which is linearly torn type, and a polyolefin film (D) having heat sealing property in this order.
