PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum heat insulation material which inhibits the deterioration of gas barrier properties of an outer coat material and achieves excellent bending moldability.SOLUTION: A vacuum heat insulation material 1 includes: a bag shaped outer coat material 3; and a core material 5 stored in the outer coat material 3. A bending region 11 is formed in the vacuum heat insulation material 1 and the vacuum heat insulation material 1 has a first surface and a second surface. Multiple grooves which extend being spaced apart from each other are formed on at least one of the first surface and the second surface in the bending region 11. The multiple grooves include a pair of outer grooves 7 formed in the bending region 11 and multiple inner grooves 8 formed at the inner side of the outer grooves 7. A distance between each outer groove 7 of the pair and the inner groove 8 of the multiple inner grooves 8, which is located adjacent to the outer groove 7, is larger than a distance between the multiple inner grooves 8.
