PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-adhesive sheet capable of suppressing deterioration in appearance when applied to an adherend such as a glass plate.SOLUTION: There is provided a self-adhesive sheet which has a flexible substrate layer 3 and an adsorption layer 2 containing a silicone resin which is formed on the substrate layer 3, wherein the adsorption layer 2 has a peeling force of 0.001 N/cm or more and 0.005 N/cm or less when peeling after applying to the adherend.
