<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solar cell module in which even a warped solar cell can be connected easily with high accuracy, and the solar cell is not shifted even during transport.SOLUTION: In a state where the side edges of adjoining solar cells 1 are superposed via a non-melting solder 2a on an adhesive sheet 3 the adhesive force of which is reduced by heating when melting the non-melting solder 2a, a plurality of solar cells 1 are arranged while being fixed adhesively. The non-melting solder 2a is melted by heating and the adhesive force of the adhesive sheet 3 is reduced. Thereafter, it is taken out of a heating furnace and cooled, and the molten solder is solidified, thus obtaining a solar cell module where the adjoining solar cells 1 are connected by the solder thus solidified. Finally, the solar cell module is peeled off from the adhesive sheet 3 the adhesive force of which is reduced.</p> |
